1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Licinza platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using Licinza, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
3. Booking & Payments
Booking is not available yet. When it launches, bookings made through Licinza will be subject to the instructor's availability and confirmation. Payment will be processed securely through our payment partner. Cancellations must follow the instructor's cancellation policy.
4. Instructor Verification
Instructors on Licinza will be expected to hold valid DVSA ADI credentials. Licinza is not responsible for the quality of instruction provided. Learners will be encouraged to leave honest reviews based on their experience.
5. Limitation of Liability
Licinza is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of Licinza constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
